All our shipments include a full insurance against loss, breakage or anomalies that may affect the package during transport. It is very important that when the order is delivered, you check that the package is not broken, stained or opened, in which case you should not accept it. In this case, please contact us to provide details of the incident.

RETURNS

Right of Return:

We highly recommend our customers to consult the size chart with our advisors before ordering. FOR HYGIENIC REASONS WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF JEWELLERY ITEMS.

You have a maximum period of 14 days from the reception of the product. Therefore, the total amount of the purchase will be refunded, that is, the price of the product as long as you ship at your own expense. In the circumstance that the customer decides to send the order on his own, the following must be taken into account:

Write down the details and order number to be able to identify it, otherwise the order cannot be settled and will be destroyed.

Size exchanges or exchanges for another item will not be accepted, in which case the customer must request a return and make a new purchase.

 The return transport costs will be deducted if the customer chooses the following options:

●        Delivery of the parcel to a collection point for the amount of €4.99 in Spain and €6.99 in rest of europe, which will be deducted from the payment to be made at a later date.

If the return is of a voluminous nature, the cost of the return must be consulted.

IMPORTANT: the product must be returned in perfect, unused condition and in its original packaging, otherwise the order will not be refunded. The refund will be made when the order arrives at the company's facilities and is checked by quality control.

 No formality will be required to exercise the right of withdrawal, and the consumer may simply be required to return the product in perfect condition without limiting the use of the product (provided that this does not go beyond checking that it is in good condition and working order) to the impossibility of returning it in exercise of the right of withdrawal.

In order to admit the return, the product and its packaging must be in perfect condition and retain all its accessories and original documentation.

The consumer must be aware that if the product is not returned in the same original packaging within the withdrawal period, it will suffer a depreciation that will be communicated to him/her at the time of reshipment.

Original defective product:

The return is guaranteed. Once we receive the defective product, we will repair it, replace it, reduce its price or cancel the contract, all of which will be free of charge for the consumer and user.

The seller will be responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

Product which, by mistake, does not correspond to that ordered:
